" Notice to scouts, soldiers and their descendents
United States Indian Service. "
" Notice to the members of the Sisseton, Wahpeton, Medewakanton and the wapakoota bands of the Sioux Indians who were enrolled and entered into the military service of the United States and served in suppressing the Sioux outbreak of 1862; or who were enrolled and served in the Armies of the United States in the war of the rebellion, and to the members of the families of such of said scouts and soldiers who have died, and who are not parties to the late agreement with the Sisseton and Wahpeton Sioux. "
" The undersigned will be at the Chamber of Commerce in St. Paul, Mn. on the 29th day of July; in Library, Neb., on the 11th day of August; in Devils Lake, N.D., on the 4th day of August, 1891, on which dates all the members of the above- named bands, or the families or descendents of such as have died, who are entitled to enrollment or share in the funds provided by act of Congress approved March 3rd 1891, and who have not already been enrolled by me, are called upon to present themselves, or their claims, to me at any of the places named, accompanied of proofs of their right to enrollment. "
