Where did the very large portraits of Anna and Joseph Redwing come from? Did you get copies from Genevieve? Thanks for sharing the photos also!

Staci, Hi, Sorry I have been busy all summer with Sundances, powwows and I also spent a week in KC at NARA, am home now for a couple of days. Yes, years ago Mom and I spent a few days with Gene when she lived in the hi-rise senior apartments on the 11th floor! in Fremont. I asked to look at her old photos and she let me take them to Wally world and make copies. The large photos of Joseph and Anna had been in someone's basement and had gotten a little wet at one time. She rescued them and I made 8x11" copies. I'm so glad I did as they didn't notify us when she passed away. I had left my address and phone # with them. Mom and she were very close. I think I was living in Colorado then. Where are you? You can e-mail me privately here if you want . How are you related to all of us?

I am trying to research my husbands family. I found this post when I searched Joseph and Anna. I was given part of a family tree for his family and this is how it plays out. Joseph and Anna had John H. Redwing(married Mary J. Vallandry?). John and Mary had Robert B. Redwing(married Rita Burnes). Robert and Rita had Susan Redwing, who is my husbands grandmother. Does this sound like it is connected to you?
