I was sent this comment from the peanut gallery: if certain professionals had been doing their homework on this lawsuit, there wouldn't be this mad scramble in the eleventh hour, of having clients do their research work for them,to provide them with the information they needed to properly represent them.

what is ironic is that in the 1899 Report, no mention is made re. the mdewakantons in Minnesota. The same is true of the earlier reports of 1885,etc.
go figure!!!
