Amicus Curiae Letter from Raymond Cermak, Sr
to The Honorable Judge Charles F. Lettow

Raymond Cermak, Sr., Mdewakanton Sioux Lands Rights Activist submited an amicus curiae document to the COFC on October 2, 2011 which Judge Lettow later filed in the PACER system on October 13, 2011. The document is a letter with 12 exhibits regarding this lawsuit.. The document had to be filed in parcels because the document's combined PDF size was over the 10 MB size limit allowed by the PACER system.
