Defendant requests that Exhibit L to the Memorandum filed by plaintiff-intervenor Raymond Cermak, Sr., ECF No. 1106, be placed under seal. Defendant states that Exhibit L contains information such as birthdates that requires protection under Rule 5.2(a) of the Rules of the Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”). For good cause shown, defendant’s motion is GRANTED. The court shall place Exhibit L of Mr. Cermak’s Memorandum under seal. Is there a deadline for the Judge to rule on the govt's brief for Reconsideration? the deadline has passed for anyone to appeal the judge's ruling of August 5,2011.
