Pending before the court is defendant’s Motion to Place Document Under Seal, filed October 18, 2011. Defendant requests that Exhibit L to the Memorandum filed by plaintiff-intervenor Raymond Cermak, Sr., ECF No. 1106, be placed under seal. Defendant states that Exhibit L contains information such as birthdates that requires protection under Rule 5.2(a) of the Rules of the Court of Federal Claims (“RCFC”).
For good cause shown, defendant’s motion is GRANTED. The court shall place Exhibit L of Mr. Cermak’s Memorandum under seal. See RCFC 5.2(a)(2) (redactions required such that a filing that is publicly available may state only “the year of the individual’s birth”).
It is so ORDERED.
