Dear all:
Today, the Wolfchild Plaintiffs filed a cross-appeal in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. This cross-appeal was in response to the United States government appealing from the judgment favoring the Wolfchild Plaintiffs in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
