The Court has extended the deadline for the United States to respond to certain party-related filings relating to the August 20, 2007 deadline. I have posted the order in the right hand column.
As soon as I receive the Court's order and opinion on the government's motion for interlocutory appeal and on the joint status report, I will post it on this website.
