These are notes and copys of people posts to this, I thought was very interesting...
1. Any one here any thing yet ? I know Eric is their any updates
2. This is the first I have heard of a meeting at Lower Sioux. Must be for enrolled members only then.
3. Yes it is one of my cuz told me she is a member and got a letter two days ago but did not go she called me to night to tell me this she did not say what it was about. Only that Eric called for it.

They asked Eric Magnuson, and Erick Karrdahl to answer 8 questions. Some of those were redundant so I wont rehash them here. Question #3 What info will the Fed. Court want from P.I. and Shak. now that the summonses have been granted and how will they get it? It wont matter, the Gov. will be able to get whatever info. they want regardless, and they haven't been completely summoned in. Question #5 What are the upcoming issues to be addressed in this litigation? 1. Motion to quash. 2. Deal with all the intervenors. 3.Scheduling order. We want a better idea of what a L.D. is. Going to ask the Gov. to apply the trust to all intervenors, then ask the Judge for summary damages and scheduling after the trust accounting. Question 6. What is the timeline for this litigation to finish with the discovery trial and all appeals? We only want one accounting. 1. the accounting 2. the returns from D.O.I. 3. objections 4. the trial After the scheduling order the accounting should take about 6 months. Wolfchild 4 should start mid March to April. After Wolfchild 4 we should get the scheduling order and know more of a timeline. Glen Goodthunder asked if Erick K. could be sued for harrasssing him by sending him a letter asking him if he wanted to join the lawsuit, as you know this was a Court order. That was it in a nut shell, I couldn't write any faster so I missed a lot. Hopefully we can get it on a link and you can watch it.

I guess some ppl have to have it all spelled out for them. Most LD's would probably appreciate having somebody provide the service to have meeting info provided to them in DVD format at cost such as this. I am breaking even DUDE.

I didn't know I could make money this way. I was told to inform as many people as possible. I will send you a bill for my time and research on this forum while I worked on it. I did not go to school and spend 20,000.000 for nothing...yeah, still sounds crazy.

I will have those mailed off today even before I receive the payment, and I will have the footage available on here later this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I appreciate being able to smooth out any misunderstandings. I am not selling info, just getting paid for the production.

This case gets sadder by the day...Our attorney has an informational meetings about this case with one of the guilty parties{LOWER SIOUX COMMUNITY} and leaves out the truly damaged individuals who now if they would happen to want to know and hear the info that the THIEVES with the waiting lists etc. got to hear we the LAMBS have to pay for it? And on top of that our attorney is threatend by one of the invited parties with a harrasment suit...How truly pathetic...

I would like to know why MK law never invites only his clients that are signed up with him to a private meeting. So he can address us as a group, on whats going to be the process.
A lot of us have questions to be asked and whats going to be the process and a agreement in the direction of case. This is not only a Lower Sioux situation.
Just some food for thought seems kinda of strange that our council only addresses the Lower Sioux interest.

the free thread is up now lxman, and the dvd is for people who want a copy to own. Since I invested my percap into this studio to do this my winter utilities are about 10 thousand dollars just for heat and elec. My camera cost 7 thousand dollars and it has to be insured. Does that help you understand why I HAVE to be paid for the production cost. If I put it up here, that all 1200 lineals who are members on this forum, can have a free dvd I would be bankrupted tomorrow. So go watch the free thread and stop complaining please.

in addition to that lxman, I filmed the event at my expense, shoot, edit, dub and ship. I sold 4 copies so far. I have taken a loss of about $50 at this time to get this video to you. Now go watch the free stream and dont worry about an apology, its not necessary.
55. Sometimes giving information can benfit all those who are waiting for their rights. My relative "owl" went to the BIA and retrieved documents that now allows ALL Lower Sioux enrolled members the right to vote. Without her devotion to what is our right, you would not be able to share your opinions at Lower Sioux (that is 180 voters). Sometimes sharing information is for the good of the whole. She has never asked for thanks, it is what we do as Dakota people for each other. If a Dakota member needs to recoop costs for his troubles of getting all of us the information that we would NEVER be able to receive then let's be okay with giving him the costs of what he paid. Thank you for oferring the video.

info was not sold. the $15 dvd is for the cost of production. If i charged for information I would have charged $50 for each dvd. The only reason you can buy a dvd in walmart for $19 and less is because their selling thousands. think about it.

But im having a hard time finding a server that will post a one hour video and im not as literate as Carl when it comes to FTP servers and html. So as soon as we get this solved the stream will be up as a 56k dial up and 750k broadband version.

HMMMMMMMMM.....did you "have to pay for those papers? did you have to pay for shipping those papers? did you have to buy a expensive camera to film with for those papers? did you have to buy dvds for those papers? the man should have to charge for those things. Good Lord give a man a break.

2 has been fighting for his rights as an LD up in LS for a long time and he is one of the few people I trust with everything...I am familiar with his story and the natives who try to stand in his way (non and other LDs)...I am sorry I did not pay attention to his name change...I did not mean to cause trouble...I just don't trust any "ole butterfly" up in this meadow.

the free thread is up now lxman, and the dvd is for people who want a copy to own. Since I invested my percap into this studio to do this my winter utilities are about 10 thousand dollars just for heat and elec. My camera cost 7 thousand dollars and it has to be insured. Does that help you understand why I HAVE to be paid for the production cost. If I put it up here, that all 1200 lineals who are members on this forum, can have a free dvd I would be bankrupted tomorrow. So go watch the free thread and stop complaining please.

in addition to that lxman, I filmed the event at my expense, shoot, edit, dub and ship. I sold 4 copies so far. I have taken a loss of about $50 at this time to get this video to you. Now go watch the free stream and dont worry about an apology, its not necessary.
55. Sometimes giving information can benfit all those who are waiting for their rights. My relative "owl" went to the BIA and retrieved documents that now allows ALL Lower Sioux enrolled members the right to vote. Without her devotion to what is our right, you would not be able to share your opinions at Lower Sioux (that is 180 voters). Sometimes sharing information is for the good of the whole. She has never asked for thanks, it is what we do as Dakota people for each other. If a Dakota member needs to recoop costs for his troubles of getting all of us the information that we would NEVER be able to receive then let's be okay with giving him the costs of what he paid. Thank you for oferring the video.
56. Agreed. If there are DVD's available for sale, AND ALSO the video is made available for ALL to watch for FREE, I don't see how there could ever be an issue.

info was not sold. the $15 dvd is for the cost of production. If i charged for information I would have charged $50 for each dvd. The only reason you can buy a dvd in walmart for $19 and less is because their selling thousands. think about it.
