I just found this lawsuit, which has Several Dakota Sioux plaintiffs, etal. at the link below:

question: Hasn't the Statute of Limitations run out on filing a lawsuit ofthis sort?

Several minutes after I found this petition on the net, it disappeared from the net.
You will notice that it does not look like itwas ever filed, and is dated 2003.
it talks aout the horrible abuses promolgated on those Indian children that were forced to attend those schools.
Does anyone remember seeing a movie on USA Network that dealt with a young boy that was forced into oneof those schools out east? I would very much like to get a DVD of it, but can't remember the title.
